- After that, your sneakers should reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping? On the house. We offer free shipping across India. (A few rare exceptions might apply.)
- You’ll get real-time updates via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, including your tracking link once your order is out the door.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, returns are accepted only as store credit, upon request. No monetary refund will be issued.
Free 7-Day Trial
You can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Refunds will not be processed if the item is worn, damaged, or not in original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality check at our warehouse. Once approved, the amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to:
- Stock availability of the replacement product; and
- The returned item passing quality check.
If the requested product is unavailable, you will receive a refund or store credit as applicable.
